Re: Recycle bin or Delete folder on BB 8100

To delete mail from folder go to Messages -> Options -> Email Reconciliation -> click Menu and select Purge Deleted Items -> you''ll be asked to select desired email ID to delete the mails from deleted folders.

Your second problem is not clear to me. Did want to mean that your vribrates twice befor if starts ringing?  If so then change the profile settings as mentioned below -

From your home screen go to Profiles -> scroll down to Advanced -> highlight the active profile and click menu button and select Edit -> select your Message (desktop, yahoo, gmail etc.)/SMS and hit the trackball ->

Out of holster: Tone, Vibrate, Vibrate and Ring (choose anyone)

Tune: Select your desired tone from the place they are stored

Volume: select high/medium/low (choose anyone)

Repeat Notification: LED Flashing

Number of Vibrations: 1/2/3 (choose anyone)

Hit the Menu button and Save the changes.

In your main message queue you can highlight an email and press the del keep on the right under the P

If you've read ten messages press the left to right alt key and scroll to the last one you want to delete.

Hit the menu key(spotted) and select delete. You can also go to the very top date Hit the menu key and select delete prior.

This will delete al messages before that date. When you delete the message it's gone, and the memory returned to the Device OS.

SELECT ACTIVE- CLICK ON IT. You will now see all the options that you can make tomes for. Go to phone.

there are options for in holster and out. The first is out of holster. You can assign a tone, select the volume in the volume choices t you can select from quiet to escalating. This gives you three rings in a rising volume. You can set the number of vibrations as well. You can select

the red LED to flash as an indicator of a call. When you are done press menu key and save.

I hope that makes it a little easier.
