When I turn on my Red Pearl (bought new), sometimes it says No Service. I've tried removing the battery and the SIM card, re-inserting them, and turning it back on. I've done it 10 times this morning already
I even took out my SIM card, and replaced it with my husband's (also AT&T), and it still didn't work. So, I assumed it was the phone and not the card, since it works perfectly in his Samsung BlackJack. I also tried a HARD RESET, by poking in the little hole at the bottom of the phone with a paper clip, to no avail.
Nothing helps. The phone has no water damage, but it has been dropped. I've already contacted AT&T. They are replacing it, and the new phone will be here tomorrow. I need the phone for business, and can't be without a working phone all day.

Uh, you probably just poked a hole in the microphone. Hopefully you didn't damage it. The BlackBerry stopped putting a reset button on their devices about 4 years ago.
When you bought your BlackBerry did you get a new SIM card from the carrier? Its also possible that there is something wrong with the device. Take it back to where you got it an exchange it.
