Reduced Memory Space

originally I could store over 600 photos, now just over 130. I have been deleting them after backing them up but it seems that the more I delete the less I can save. The message given "Insufficient storage space."

Hello greykart,

Please try to perform hard reset by pulling your battery while your BlackBerry is ON and reinsert again.

Thanks.

Re: Reduced Memory Space

Have tried the above action, unsuccessful. Do BB's have viruses, sounds similar?

Re: Reduced Memory Space

No virus on BlackBerry. On your SD card which can possible have virus.

Hi There,

If you wish to format your Media Card then you can do it from within your device , But first I suggest do a backup of your media card .

To format your media card from within your BlackBerry , Homscreen > Options > Device > Storage > On that Screen Press the Menu key > Select Format  .

I hope formating your Memory card will help with your current issue .
