When I try to access a web page it comes up with "Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider."
My service provider is AirTel and it was said by them that they don't have any solution regarding this.
Kindly, support me in enabling my internet.

Hi i had this problem when i first cet up my phone,the first thing is have you got the blackberry booster if you have the gprs should be in capitals if you hav not the gprs will be in lower case, if the gprs is in capitals the internet should work, if the gprs is in lower case internet will n ot work
