Regarding order number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. What is my registration code for this app. I have not received it. Please Contact Me. This is my 5th attempt at getting help.Also, this technical support does not recognize my pin. My pin is XXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi there!

 

There are a couple of things going on...

 

1) The registration information...see this KB for information:

 

2) Your PIN being rejected on RIM sites. That is indeed a problem for some...myself included. But, to remedy that, I need for you to come to these forums and register an account so that I can send you, via Private Message on these forums, instructions on how to proceed (those instructions cannot be posted publicly. Please come to (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account. Then post to this thread so that we can find you again (at the moment, you are coming in to us anonymously).
