yesterday i involontary erase DOCUMENTS TO GO, how can i reinstall the utility ?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!


If you tether to your PC and launch the Desktop Software, the Application Loader component should allow you to re-install the ToGo apps...just check the boxes in the list and apply the changes and they should reinstall.

I have a new Blackberry Bold 9900 with OS7.  I bought DTG premium for my Bold 9000 running OS5.  DataViz say on their website that the Bold 9900 comes with premium and I don't need to buy it.  How do I tell the software on my phone though?  It is asking if I have a code or just want the trial version. 


I am confuused.  Should I have the premium software as part of the package, or do I need to buy it again for OS7 in spite of what DATAVIZ says?  RIM are useless in answering this.  I think the grey suit responsible for software deals is kept locked an a vault so no-one can talk to him......

i use a curve 9360, OS 7. it comes with 'docs to go' premium, preloeaded. however, i accidently deleted the same. it is totally erased form my phone memory. how do i reinstall or download the same?

My Blackberry 3G 9300 did not come with document to go, and all effort to get it install futile
