Remote Wipe without Blackberry Protect

I have been looking for the last 2 hours through forums and support groups and all I want to know is how to remotely wipe my blackberry without the advantage of Blackberry Protect.  My phone is lost, I cannot find it and I really need to wipe all the data from that phone.

How do I do this?  I downloaded bbery protect but hadn't set it up yet.

Please help me.

I also have been trying to find "general Blackberry Customer Service" and I can't find a number for that either!  Please PLEASE help!

Re: Remote Wipe without Blackberry Protect

No, there is not, unless you have preinstalled an app like Protect or on a BES enterprise account.
