Removed email account from Torch 9810

I was having trouble w/the email address I assigned my blackberry, so I deleted it, and did a battery pull. When it finished the restart, the screen saver came up normally, but the touch screen just quit working. I know there are issues w/Torch TS. Just thought perhaps it malfunctioned because I deleted my email account.

Re: Removed email account from Torch 9810

It's not malfunctioning because you deleted an email address.

If knotty's suggestion of doing a battery pull didn't do it for you, try reloading your OS using BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Once it's opened, click Device>Restore in the software.

I hope that helps you.  Smiley Happy
