Now I am facing another problem, my BB storm starts rebooting immidiately after selecting my carrier ( either automatic or manual selection).  Do I need to downgrade the software ? or any other option is available ?

Hmmm...what you are describing is a degrading situation, with more and more things going wrong. That has some recognition to a water damage situation...as corrosion continues, more things become damaged and start to fail. Any chance of that? If so, it's likely too late, but you may want to try the 5-day dry rice trick.

Otherwise, your diagnostic steps are no different than before...trying different OS packages until you determine that one works correctly or that you have deduced the root cause to be hardware.
