Restarting phone

I have been told its good once a week or so to shut your phone off and restart it cause of updates.

Is there a way to set it up to do it once a week on its own?

Re: Restarting phone

There is not a way to do it for a specific day that I am aware of. But if you click on your options icon you can select auto on/off. I would use the weekend setting because then it would only turn on and off two days a week rather than five. You can also make it for say the middle of the night so it won't interfere with too much. Just set the off and on time for 5 minutes apart or whatever you feel is sufficient.
