Restore eWallet

Hi guys, I backed up my 9800 before making a factory reset. Now the reset is complete I've re-activated my BES account and want to reload my data for eWallet. It's there on the DM but greyed out and the system won't make a restore. I've looked on the web but the only suggestion I've found is to delete Desktop (SYNC) and then reconnect to DM. This does not work with eWallet data and the files remain greyed out. Does anyone know how I can overcome this issue and recover this critical data?
