Retrieving an old voicemail

Vodafone left me a voicemail message a number of weeks ago about my phone in repair saying it was out of warranty BUT NOT damaged. When we returned with proof of purchase to say it was in warranty, they took the phone and sent it back to the blackberry warehouse. Now, they are saying it IS damaged.

I need the voicemail back to prove this.

Although i didnt delete the voicemail, it says i have "no messages" on my voicemail. Is there anyway i can get this message back for the proof of what they told me?

Re: Retrieving an old voicemail

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Technically, your BB is merely an interface to your voice mail system. But your voice mail system is truly located at your mobile service provider, so you'd need to contact them to find out if they have any methods for retrieving what you need. But, from the device itself, there never was anything stored on it for voice mail, so there is nothing to retrieve.

Good luck!
