I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction with my ringer issue. The ringer on my Storm 2 juts quit working. I have checked all the settings and everything seems to be in order. I pulled out the battery and rebooted the phone and still nothing.

Sounds like you may have an issue with the Profiles database on your BlackBerry® Storm2™ 9550 smartphone. Please try clearing the Profiles database then test without restoring the previous settings from backup. For further instructions, please see the following KB article.
