SAY IT app won't launch

I paid for and downloaded the SAY IT app.  I got two icons on my desktop.  SAY IT launcher and one that says SAY IT.


If i try to open either, they both give an error saying Module 'net_rim_bb_qm_platform' not found


Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it so I can launch and use my newly paid for app??
