I'm with Etisalat in the UAE. There's no specific plcae that the signal is lost. The baffling issue is that the signal sign is on' however I am unable to receive any calls or messages neither can I make any. I have to switch the connection off and then restore it. This happens quite often in the day.

Etisalat is a very old and established network, in fact they were the first telecommunications service provider in the UAE. I did call them and they said there was nothing wrong on their side. My entire family is with this provider and I am the only one that is experiencing problems.
