SLIDER LOCK REGISTRATION PROBLEM

Hi,

 

Could you please help me with the Slider lock regarding activation issues.I bought the full version, but the registration fails. It says Firewall is blocking the product from registering. I already followed the instructions about disabling the firewall although it is already set with the Enable unchecked. I did restarts, resets, nothing worked.

 

I already sent contact support clicks from the phone, but no response. I tried to email support@getempower.com, no response. Nothing seem to work.
