Re: SMS Help for 8320

From your main inbox, go to options - message display and action - go to the verybottom and check how long yourphone is keeping messages for. The default is 30 days only

Hello neerajluthra

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Community Forums

If you had already set your message setting to keep it forever but even after that your messages are got deleted then have a look at this Knowledge Base Article and see if that helps :

KB14213 : Call logs, SMS text messages , and email messages are deleted from the BlackBerry Smartphone.

So always do you backup using BlackBerry Deskrop Software or BlackBerry Protect for such situations.
