I have a blackberry torch 9860.It's no more alerts received text messages(SMS), I've accessed the messaging menu and activated alerts in received messages (in all profiles) and yet he don't give a alert when a SMS arrive and I have to manually access SMS inbox to see received messages.
I'll also take the opportunity to ask, I do not have the blackberry package in my blackberry mobile . So I can not access the internet even if I connect a Wi-Fi network ?
I thank anyone who can help me.

You can use an app that will simulate a battery pull. I use QuickPull from Steelthorn Software and I've been quite happy with it. I've included a link to the app in App World (it's a free app).
I hope that helps you.
