SOS for every 10 mins or so.

Hello,

 

My bold is messed up.

 

It'll switch to SOS for like 10 minutes or longer. and then have reception again 3G recpetion too for like a minute.

 

How can i fix this?

 

and is it possible to send it in somewhere for repairs?

Rogers told me they can't do anything.

the phones not even a year old yet.

 

edit:

also, i noticed that the sos comes on more often at night time.

There is a one-year warranty on devices you purchased from your carrier.  Did you purchase from Rogers?  Your carrier is your main line of support.

okay,

well went to rogers, and they said they wont do anything because I got the ball changed on it.

Well, that could be a problem.  You voided your warranty.  Where did you get the trackball replaced?

self did it.

 

nothing was wrong with it for like 3 months too.

and all of a sudden the other night it started.

Wow!

fixed.

tightened screw in the back.

antennae must've been not touching cause it was loose.
