This might be obvious (I'm new to technology!). I'm trying to sync my outlook e-mail to BB (Bold 9780)and getting the messages:



No accounts activated




To activate your enterprise account enter details provided by your system administrator in the fields below


and then (after putting in my e-add & password)


Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable.



Any ideas PLEASE  ??!!

Please clarify your email service...there are just too many things that can be interpreted from "outlook e-mail". Do you mean Outlook.com? Outlook Web Access? Some other internet-facing email service (e.g., GMail, Yahoo, etc.)? Something else?

As for Enterprise Activation, you would only do that if you were a true BES user -- either your company mail providing BES or some email service provider that provides BES. In either case, you need your activation credentials to be provided to you by the admins of the BES system you are trying to use (assuming you are trying to use BES at all, of course).

From just "outlook e-mail", it's simply impossible to know what you are trying to do, and therefore impossible to provide you with proper guidance. So please clarify and maybe then we can hope to provide you with useful guidance.
