This might be obvious (I'm new to technology!). I'm trying to sync my outlook e-mail to BB (Bold 9780)and getting the messages:
No accounts activated
To activate your enterprise account enter details provided by your system administrator in the fields below
and then (after putting in my e-add & password)
Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable.
Any ideas PLEASE ??!!
