SYNC PROBLEM W/ 8900 CURVE

Dear Colleagues,

 

I have installed the original CD with Blackeberry Desktop Manager 4.3, therefore I can't have my contacts, task, calendar and notes synced accordingly.

The following message comes out: "The option value is unacceptable. Check the option properties "

(To me this message means nothing and B/B could use digestible messages to end-users).

Times before I succeeded to sync those data.

 

I have tried the update version 6.0 I got problems too.

 I rebooted the computer and then uninstalled and reinstalled the Blackberry software but I got the same message. Would you please help me ?

My Note: Windows Vista w/ Office 2007.

Dear Thunder !

I had followed the mentioned intructions and got the error messages as described.

Today again, I uninstalled the Desktop Manager V. 4.2 and installed the 6.0 one.

Fortunately, at this time I succeeded to get syncronization. Thanks for your kind support ! Regards !
