There's only one way i know how, and its verry annoying and long.
But here's what you do,
1) Go into "contacts"
2) Press menu/blackberry button and hit the option that says 'SIM Phonebook"
3) Once the page loads, press the menu/blackberry button again and hit the "new" option.
***The annoying part is that you have to enter all your contacts manually. You can later us the copy all button to put them back onto a blackberrry, but unfortunately, that option doest go both ways.
But... some phone carriers have an option that lets you save your contacts into their system. Like i know ATT has "AT&T Address Book."
Some people also use "Gmail" to sync their contacts,(You'll need to have a gmail account) I've used it and its verry effective, and with that, you can access you contact list from any where that has internet access and its from google, so its free
Everything here is as far as i know, just trying to help, sorry I dont know of a better way.
