Scratches in display screen

I am using Blackberry Curve 9360. I am getting scratch line in the screen often. I can not tolerate with this problem. I think I was issued a product with malfunction. No good support from Blackberry Support. I am waiting for OS updation . But my expectation were in vain. Is there any solution to free from this.

Re: Scratches in display screen

You can replace the screen.

Physical damage such as scratches are not covered under warranty.

ALSO:  You have your mobile phone number listed as your "My Mobile Provider" or carrier. Putting your phone number out on the internet on these public forums for the world to see, is not wise. To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.

Re: Scratches in display screen

Scratches don't happen "automatically" without coming in contacts with something.

The OS for the 9360 model was updated as recently as two weeks ago.

Official OS 7.1.0.912 for BlackBerry Curve 9360 from Tmobile

Re: Scratches in display screen

There is no scratch..My display screen has lines in it which expands and contracts automatically..But I am sure I didn't make any accidental damages or "contact with something"....
