Screen freezes all the time

Hi,

 

I just bought my 9780 few days ago and the screen freezes all of the time. It happened when I was taking photos, using bbm etc... I had to pull out the battery to restart the phone. It is a Rogers phone and I've unlocked it and using Fido. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Can someone please help?

The screen was frozen again and I left it alone for awhile then a message came out: Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_qm_peer(259) is not responding; process terminated. And I still can't click or scroll... still freezing...

 

Any idea anyone? thanks!

What version of BlackBerry handheld software is currently installed on your BlackBerry? You can find it under Options>Device>About Device Versions.

Mine does the same thing, which results in me having to do a battery pull, but its getting really old, especially with a phne I havent had a week yet...
