I haven't had this problem before but it has been for about a month now that my phone will not sync any apps to it. It does connect to the computer and I can view the phone in blackberry desktop manager. But when I try to download an app off the blackberry website it says waiting for the device and then this message pops up "An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again." I have tried a lot of things on the phone with the security option tips I found online but nothing has worked I can't remember many but one of them was disabling encryption. I don't know what it is, and I can't even try downloading things straight from my phone because I don't have internet as part of my mobile plan. Please help! It's driving me nuts.
