Selecting Text on my BB 9550 Storm 2

I can't find out how to effectively select text from an online site and then copy and paste it to my word app. I bring up the text and press "select" and the two little idiots that's supposed to select the text act's like it wants a 9mm round thru the center of my phone's brain.

WIth the technology that these phones have, there has to be a SIMPLE way to select ALL of the text to copy and paste. What IS it?  GRRR-R-R-R!!  Man Mad

And posting unfounded derogatory statements about the volunteer participants here is certainly an excellent way to kindly ask for assistance, don't you think? You do realize that, don't you? That these forums are not a formal support channel from RIM? That these forums are filled with other kind users, just like you, who volunteer to try and help out other kind users? As such, one must wait until one of those kind users who happens to have the answer finds the time, amidst their life, to come here and find your post and post the solution.

What you originally asked about is certainly answerable...but IMHO your chances of now receiving any useful advice have dropped drastically.

Nevertheless:

See, Mr. 'Lite, I had, for once, SUCCESSFULLY, ignored a troll thread like this.

Re: Selecting Text on my BB 9550 Storm 2

Glad to hear the professionally posted reply remark.

This show GREAT customer service whether it's a volunteer or paid position.  For future reference from someone who works in a customer service job, paid or volunteered (it doesn't matter), a professional attitude would have been, "Received your question and we will respond shortly."  or something else appropriate.  However, I do NOT expect an answer and do NOT require one anymore.

Thanks for you great service. Keep up the good work.

For your future reference, no one here is smarter than you.

I think you have "smart" cornered.

You win. Bye.
