I recently upgraded my Blackberry Torch to the 7.1 bundle. Now when I send a text and want to attach a picture, it tells me that the "send" failed. I went in and adjusted the picture size and it still does not work. I can text but I cannot forward any pictures. Can anyone help?

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

Thank you for all your instructions and help. I did register and get confirmation that I was set up to the wireless service. I deleted the CMIME account and then resent the service books, but it is still not working. The other thing that I discovered today was that when I updated to the new software, I lost all the phone numbers that I had blocked from people I didn't know. UUUgggghhh.

Then you did not do EVERYTHING that I suggested...the ability to send MMS (which is what pictures via SMS are) is a matter of the proper service plan, from your mobile service provider, being enabled on their system. That then generates the proper Service Books to be delivered to your BB, which enables it to work with the MMS service. So, you need to confirm from them that the MMS service is even active...and then re-do the three steps...and, if that does not work, continue to work with them as they are responsible for delivering to you ALL services for which you PAY THEM. Further, they are responsible for all formal support to you should those services malfunction...they can escalate into RIM for enhanced support if needed, but you must work with them as your contract requires that you follow a specific formal support channel.
The other thing that I discovered today was that when I updated to the new software, I lost all the phone numbers that I had blocked from people I didn't know. UUUgggghhh.
That's a completely different issue...depending on how you did that update (e.g., via the PC/USB or OTA), there may or may not be a backup source from which you can restore that information. Review this KB to see if the data you require is listed:
If so AND if you conducted the backup via PC/USB AND you did not defeat it's offer to take a full backup, THEN you may have a source from which to conduct a restore.
Let us know!
