Seriuos Task sync problems with Outlook

Hi to all.

I have a serious problem when synchronizing my BB 9800 with Outlook.

Using BB desktop Software, the latter synchronizes all my tasks in my BB, but what happens?
THe first time I do the sync, the task is copied in my BB, and the field "state" (I do not currently know about the name in english, I'm sorry, I have italian version, but it is the condition of the task, such as "completed", "waiting", and so on) remains unchanged, in "not started" condition.

So, if I changed the task condition to "waiting" in Outlook, I will retreive the latter in my BB not changed, and when I will next synchronize again, the same, in Outlook, will come back to "not started" again.

The result? After two synchronizations, all the tasks become "not started".

Has anyone the same issue?
And any solution?
