Battery pull did not solve issue

I attempted to set up e-mail, but my device had a problem connecting to the server.

BlackBerry World is not downloading, so I can't show you any screenshots

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan?

If so, try going to www.blackberry.com/integrate

Unknown Error

I get the message "Unknown error, please try again" when clicking on "Launch Email Setup". When I DID try again, it spouted out the same notice.

Re: Server always fails when attempting to set up e-mail

I have a BlackBerry Bolt On that costs £5 a month, but I have less than £5 balance (this balance is positive).

I would contact them and have them troubleshoot your account.
