I live in New Delhi,India and have been put in a very harassing
position by the service centres in my city.
I bought a Bold 9780 in May 2011,and due to software problems,like
frequent hangs, rejection of memory card, gave the phone for exchange at
a service centre(at Vikas Marg,New Delhi). When i recieved the new
phone, the lock button on top of the phone didnt work, but on
approaching the service centre, the next day, they refused to cater to
me. After a couple of months, the speaker on the phone which they gave
me stopped working, and i visited the service centre again, and i was
told that the service centre does not do blackberry phones anymore.
On contacting another service centre(CP),i was told that the phone did not
have a 'water senson',there was water in the speakers, and that the
main circuit board of the phone was that of an older model, and so was
I want you to help me in this situation and get my handset exchanged
for a new properly working one, because its not my fault what the
company's service centre does to my handset.
GUYS please help me!!what to do now??
