Service not connected

Hello

 

I have recently changed the password of my gmail account and received a message from BlackBerry requesting that I create and login to my Blackberry account to confirm it there. I entered my Device Pin and IMEI in order to create and account and got asked to register with my mobile network, which I did, but Blackberry internet service still does not allow me to create an account in order to validate my new gmail password. Can you please help?

Blackberry. please provide a response to this issue.

I too have recently updated my GMAIL account to the 2-stage security procedure.

This appears to work on all other systems but the Blackberry.

 

Here is how it works: 

 

1. You sign into your account on some device

2. Gmail sends you a verification PIN text to your device

3. You enter the PIN and then that device is now able to access your gmail account

 

please provide instructions on how to fix this, as I have not had access to my gmail account through my blackberry device now for over 2 weeks.
