We are using Vodaphone services as well as BB services.

Since last few days we are getting massage for deduction of Amount .10 INR for the Session cost and consume volume is 0.00

What is this and why it is deducted? it is for which services?

Please reply and suggest us how to stop this.

Re: Session Charges

Hi Hetal,

There are certain app using Vodafonelive service internally.

I was facing a similar prob from past few days. I had to visit Vodafone gallery to get this resolved.

Here is the solution -

Go to Options-Advance Options -Service book

Delete the following services -

Vodafone live

Vodafone MMS

Wap Push Browsing*

Wap Configuration*

Provisioning (OTASL)

*name can be different

Note, you need to manually delete these services after every reBoot..

Thank you,

Mehul
