Setting up email accounts

I have just switched service provider from vodaphone to telstra. I have a new sim card installed which is registered. I have BIS registered. I can access the internet and social media but I cannot set up my email accounts. The message i am receiving is ' my device is unable to access the server'.

For enjoying personal email services on our BlackBerry we need full BlackBerry Data Plan and if you already have that on your account then from your BlackBerry browser browse to www.blackberry.com/integrate to add the email that you want.

Ive tried that but it says mydevice is not registered.

When i try to register it there is no entriesin the host routing table

Hi deecee13

 

Then your SIM card is not yet provisioned with BIS ,Can you call your new  Carrier Telstra to know about the issue.Because if your SIM card is not yet provisioned with BIS you can't use those services.

Telstra sya that my phone IS provisioned with them, but it has not been released by the old provider, vodaphone. I have tried to ring them but they say that everything has been don. I don't know what to do next!!!
