Setup of Exchange Email

i have the Curve 8300 and can't get it to pickup my exchange email. A few people have said that you have to use black berrys exchange servers but, i am hope that is not true. it just keeps saying it can not configure my mail. i have my log in and server info but just can't figure it out. please help, thanks

I finally got it to pick up my email.  look at your outlook >> Tools >> Accounts.  If you have and email account like:

jim@xyzcorp.com  and your acoujnt id is  jim-xyzcorp@xyzcorp.com then you have to tell the blackberry that your email address is jim-xyzcorp@xyzcorp.com
