when will this become available in the app store on the storm?

Likely whenever the developer upgrades it for the Storm OS.

I have Shazam running on my Storm. You have to change the permissions for the app and most of the touch screen options do not work. You cant find it in App Store. I found it by doing a goggle search.

Here is the response I received from Shazam Entertainment Limited (makers of Shazam) on April 9th:


Sorry for the delay in replying to your email and sorry to hear you are having a problem with the Shazam Service.


We are currently live on the following models:


Bold 9000

Curve 83XX

Pearl 8220

8900 Javelin




Our software is compatible with devices 4.2 and above except for 87xx and Storms which are not yet compatible. Unfortunately there was a mistake in the app store which allowed other users to download it. If your device is older than 4.2 then it will not be supported.
