Signing in problem

Hi there,

 

I want to verify my email addresses in my phone through the setting icon and I can't sign in by using my username and passward which I'm using them to login at my account through the website though the computer .... it seems the phone doesn't recogize the details .... how to solve this?

Are you trying to log in using your BlackBerry® ID or a username and password you created separately? Also, have you changed providers or SIM cards since you last logged in?
