Slightly loose screen -- Normal? Fix?

I just received my Torch 9800 via UPS.  I immediately noticed that the screen is just the slightest bit loose.  I can especially feel it when it's open and I use the track pad or any of the permanent menu/phone function keys.

Is this normal, i.e. are others experiencing this?  If not, any recommendations on how to tighten/fix?

It's not that big of a deal, but a bummer right out of the gate with a new device.

Re: Slightly loose screen -- Normal? Fix?

many slider type phones will have some play, if it really bothers you then get a different one.

Taking it apart will void warranty.
