Software Issue after beta testing

I have OS 6 on my torch. I added the app facebook 2.0 and my phone is now unoperatable. I cant not load it up it stays onthe Blackberry screen. I have connected to my computer and loaded up black berry desktop manager, the manager tells me that it cannot connect to my phone. I can call out but recieve no data. I cant reset or restore my phone because I am unable to connect ot the black berry desktop manager. Any ideas besides remove battery or the soft disconnect.

1.Download BBSAK programm from bbsak.org

2.install it

3.connect your device to PC

4.run BBSAK

5.If you have password on your device - type it in first screen and click OK - if not have password, just 6.click OK

7. in BBSAK got second section and click to "Read System"

8. Select in left windows

                                           net_rim_bb_facebook

                                           net_rim_bb_facebook_lib

                                          net_rim_bb_facebook_resource

                                          net_rim_bb_facebook_resource_en (may be variouse)

                                          net_rim_bb_facebook_resource_high_res

                                          net_rim_bb_facebook_resource_large

9. Click to "Remove"

10. device must restart normally - try

Start the torch in safe mode. Diable app from running

Thanks, my boyfriend had to wipe my phone clean and I had receently done a back up so we were good to go this morning!!!!
