New here and wondered if anyone could help me please.
I have a BB 9360 Curve today I had to do a software update. I downloaded it ok and then click to install.
It said it could take 2 hours - it has now been 7 hours and it is still doing the same thing.
Black screen with BB in the middle with the tool bar at the bottom and then gets halfway across and then get a white screen which says linking java and then goes back to black screen.
Not sure if this is what it is suppose to be doing any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what you are describing it sounds like the update has failed, I would suggest doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.
If this resolves the issue do a selective restore of essential data (Address Book, Calendar, Task, Memos, BBM contacts etc.)

If the issue still persists after the reload, further investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.

Please can someone send an Operating System (OS) for curve 8520 to my email address [personal information removed] I need to reload my phone OS, but unable to download it...
