Software Update

Hi,

I have a Blackberry Bold 9900, and last night set it to do a software update. Last night it froze on 10% for about 3 hours, and claimed the total update would only take 2. 
I read many things on various forums and the most successful method seemed to be completeing a 'hard reset' (Removing the battery and the sim card, and then just re-inserting the battery) 
After trying that I noticed that it had made it to 13%, believing it was working, I went to sleep and woke up to a phone that is still stuck on 13%. 
I've tried the reset again, and also tried plugging it into my Desktop Software (but it doesn't connect)


Anyone have any ideas on what options I have left? 


To make it more difficult I have an Apple Mac, not a PC.

Do you've a backup of your current software?

 

If yes, you might want to try a device wipe before re-loading the software and restore your backup

Th tools I know to do the wipe are JLCommander and BBSAK.

Try to connect to BlackBerry Desktop Software using the information in that article to reload your OS.
