Software update

I updated my desktop manager when it was offered, the new software seems to work OK as far as syncing contacts and Calendar, but when it's done it gives a message that it's preparing a sync preview and then it gets stuck there and I have to go into the task manager an close the program, it does close but it gives a program not responding message first, what do I need to do???

Bill, some users have said if they let that "preparing sync preview" message just sit for 30 mins to an hour, it sometimes completes and finishes. Have you let it sit?

 

Try that, and if not, just know that this is a known issue on the new v7 of the Desktop Software, and RIM is working on it.
