Some Keys not working

The scroll / selection key and some of the keys like the "g", "h", "l", "s", "t", "w" stopped working. The phone is new and still have the original screen protector on it. Had it for a month as a replacement after 3 previous 9900 Bolds failed on me.

 

Do I need a repacement again?

 

What can I do. This is becomming a huge issue for me. Everytime I have to send in the phone again, and are without a phone for 6 weeks at a time. This is not acceptable.
