Hello, I bought my bold 9900 yesterday
it have some problem with wifi connect
when turn off WIFI connected ---> my phone turn off
I try up Os ( Bell ins. ) for it but no have change

Please take complete backup and perfrom a security wipe (factory reset) & then try.
Home screen > Menu (BB Sign) > Option > Security > Security wipe > seletct Email & contact etc. > Type blackberry at given space and click on wipe.
While wipe, select only email & contacts, no need to select memory card and 3rd party apps.
