Somebody Help Me!!!!!

I don't know how or where to post a message or ask this< but I have a huge problem with my BBPearl! Since I've owned this phone (about 4 months) randomly about every 2-3 weeks or so a beeping noise comes from my phone and when i open it theres nothing written on my screen to tell me why the sound happened, But when I look in my text message inbox or call log EVERYTHINGS GONE! everything is wipes clean, I don't know why! And to top it off if i send a message the person may receive it may not but I am unable to receive any messages sent to my phone, even if the person who sent it to me is standing right next to me and I watch them do it, and its not like there just taking a while, they never come!  This can last up to 48 hours some of the time< then all of a sudden my phone goes back to normal, messages get stored and calls get stored in my call log, I just don't get it and its driving me CRAZY! I have a long distance relationship, and when he thinks I'm ignoring him simply because my phone wont allow his messages to come in or sometimes mine to go out, it gets really tough! If anyone can help me with my problem, tell me if i might just have a setting turned on i shouldn't PLEASE speak up, I appreciate it SOOOO MUCH!!!!!

Hi welcome to the community.

First of all this is not the appropriate board for posting this type of messages. From next time onward choose  BlackBerry® Smartphones ->

You're facing memory constraints in your device. Due to which MMS are being received in your device but for low memory they were deleted you even see them.

Perform the following steps –

1.      Give a soft reset by removing the battery for 30sec.

2.      Check how much memory is free in your device to Options -> Status -> Free Memory

3.      To view all the database size go to Option -> Status -> click Menu button then select Database Sizes

4.      Delete less frequently used application. To delete go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> highlight the application you want to delete -> click Menu and select Delete

5.      If you stored your picture in device memory them move them to your media card
