Someone Please help ma

recently my sister just bought a blackberry curve 9320, i did all the registration of blackberry id and last night she updated bbm software and ask for the blackberry id and password. i really forget what was the password, i try to reset it via blackberry web but keep saying wrong id, when i look carefully at the phone iv make a big mistake, i type thw email add wrong so how could the reset can be done, can anyone help me what to do next ?

 

* can i register new BB ID and set it on the device ?

Yes, you need to just register a new BlackBerryID.

And get it right and remember the password.

 

or--Find the initial email you were sent to confirm the initial BlackBerryID, and in it is a link to click to cancel and delete the account. Click on that, delete the account and then you can use that same email to create an entirely new account.

already register a new blackberry id, but everytime i tried it on her berry it keep asking for the old bb id and password. this happend when she updated the blackberry mesenger software. now it keep asking for the old nickname and password to activate the new bbm

Sorry, to enter the new BlackBerryID and remove all instances of the old, you will first need to perform a security wipe on the device at Options > Security > Wipe Handheld
