Sprint Tour w/ AltecLansing BB309 headset

I just got my Tour from Sprint with the 99.00 headphones (which go for 55.00 on newegg and the rest of the net.)

Since I produce music, electronic music... I was able to spot some issues here.

1)  The unit syncs ok.. but every few steps I take there are gaps of silance in the music and when it returns to play the music is detuned ... I wrote the music so I know I didnt do a pitch change or a key change.

This is annoying.

Can anyone help me out here, BlackBerry tech support.. anyone? (please thank you)
