Could you please private message me a screen shot of what you are seeing in the BlackBerry® Desktop Software? Is the the BlackBerry® Desktop Software installed in a Windows® user account with administrative privileges? Could you please try uninstalling the BlackBerry® Desktop Software once more and disabling your anti-virus and startup items before reinstalling it in a user account with administrative privileges?
