On your homescreen Go to Options > on that screen Press and hold alt and type BBDA ( ALT + BBDA ) it will enable device analyzer .

Then Go to Option > Device > advance system setting > on that screen you'll find device analyser . Run the battery test .

Hi there,

 

 

So run the test to know about the issue . 

 

For software issue you can always try to reload the OS which will fix any software glitch but for hardware issue you have to contact your Service provider .
