Still in Mep (0 Left) on Blackberry Bold 9700

I have Blackberry Bold 9700. My handset provider is Etisalat, UAE but I get problem with MEP 0 left.

 

I'd contacted to Service Provider (Etisalat, UAE), but they can't help my problem because my handset out of warranty. I'd contacted to RIM Customer Care and choise 4 (speak to Customer Care) and 4 (e-RMA, ... out of warranty), they only give me an advice to contact the service provider.

 

I'm very confused, nothing solution from Service Provider and RIM.... What can I do of my handset?

 

Please help me to solve my problem.

To get the BlackBerry® unlocked, you will need to contact your network service provider or point of sale.

I'd contacted to RIM, can't to solve my problem, contacted to Original Service Provider (Etisalat, UAE) can't to solve my problem and the end contacted to my network service provider can't to solve my problem... so.... what next to do???

Thanks for the quick reply.

 

Us (RIM) do not carry any MEP codes for the BlackBerry®.  The network service provider has control over the MEP unlock codes.  I hope they can assist you more.

Look at my Subject.

 

I have unlock code but I can't to do entry the unlock code, because there is no chance (0 left) to entry the unlock code.

I understand that.  Your network service provider or point of sale will be able to further assist you to unlock the BlackBerry® for use even with the MEP code listed as 0 left.  Please contact them for assistance.
