I understand that. Your network service provider or point of sale will be able to further assist you to unlock the BlackBerry® for use even with the MEP code listed as 0 left. Please contact them for assistance.

I'd contact to network service provider in the last weekby email and asking them about MEP code listed as 0 left, but until this time, i'm not accept their responding. would you like give me other solution with MEP (0 left) issue?

There is no other solution except having your network service provider resolve this issue.
